It is a non-profit umbrella structure founded with youth and for youth, offering him a framework for training, dialogue, exchange, consultation and involvement in the decisions making process and sustainable development.

Its vision is part of a drive to promote youth by ensuring that their concerns are taken into account in the different projects and national development programs. Thus, its desire is to capitalize the actions of all young people in civil society to make its contribution to building the country and growth of the Haitian people.

Its ambition is to work always to create healthy competition on development issues for better participation and involvement of youth in the life of the nation. In this sense, it wants to position itself in the social, economic and political force as a proposal, a framework for exchange and cooperation, building capacity of its members. It must be the place of choice for emerging ideas and innovative projects.

Its mission is to build a strong and solid Haiti, where the issue of youth empowerment necessarily happen through better training, a quality education, professional integration facilitated a timely the labor market, an awareness and citizen engagement, a sense of initiative, entrepreneurship and youth leadership; all these forces that will make the country's future.
